Size + Pricing Information
At KSDA, we strive to give you the best experience during the design process and offer competitive prices + fair payment plans. Our work is honest and as we continue to create the best process for ourselves and our customers, it is best to read through these details thoroughly before reaching out for your custom order.
Every custom order requires a consultation with me to solidify final pricing and other details. I base my price on size + how much LED product is being used. I do not charge for color.
BASE SIZE
Small | 12” - 20” inches wide
Price range: $100 - $300+
Typically 6-10 characters
- If characters are lesser than the above, it will be $100 flat which does not include any other add on designs.
Medium | 20” - 30’ inches wide
Price Range: $300 - $500+
Typically 10–15 characters OR Medium designs that include lesser amount of characters
i.e. a big picture or logo/vector designs
Large | 36"- 40” inches wide
Price Range: $500 - $1000+
Larger designs that require more LED strips and spacing
Anything larger than 40” inches wide will be quoted directly after your order is submitted.
Add-ons: Color/Specialty Acrylic: $50-$100 based on size
Detailed font: TBD
Upcharges: Highly detailed designs: TBD
3 day rush - $180
1 week rush - $120
2 week rush - $80
Keep in mind that prices may vary depending on your design. If your design falls within the parameters above, it will likely fall within that price range. Highly detailed designs require more work which will be an upcharge to whichever base size you choose.
Font +Color
Please list your font name and preferences within the description of the box during customization.
If you don't know what kind of font you want, list an idea of what you’d like. For example, cursive or straight, italic, etc.
You can google fonts or go to canva, adobe or dafont.com to explore fonts & variations. Have the name of the font ready to quicken the design process along with the link you found it.
Production + Shipping
Once payment is received, I will order all supplies and start production. Please allow at least 2.5-4 weeks for your custom order to ship unless you have a rush order. Refer to the upcharge if you have a rush order.
Shipping is via UPS. Orders will take about 4-8 business days from Los Angeles, CA.
Refunds
I do not provide refunds unless I am in the wrong. Custom orders are designed and customized differently at the customer's request. Our consultation and design processes are very in depth and will not start production unless approved by the customer. When we get an approval documented via email, you confirm that the design is what you want.
If packages are damaged during shipping, the shipping carrier will pay for the design. We will work together to submit a claims process which can take 3+ weeks for review. All packages have insurance and refunds will be processed via UPS.
Payment
Once the design is approved by the customer (you) and paid in full, we will order supplies immediately. Production starts within 2-3 business days after all your supplies have arrived.
If you would like to do payment options, please sign up with SHOP PAY and pay for your sign within the alotted time their system gives you without additional fee's or sign ups.
