Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must take pictures of the box, all the material inside it and the shipping labels on there. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kashadaleina.com. Our team will send you the address we'd like to receive the damaged item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of the item/product review assessment date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of your damaged item with the follow photo requests: 

  1. Damaged product inside of the box.
  2. Entire box with the damaged item inside of it along with packaging supplies that were used to protect and cover your damaged item. 
  3. Front, Back, Sides and Bottom of the box that it was delivered in. 
  4. A picture of the shipping label 
  5. A picture of the BMC label (a smaller label with your name on it) 
  6. Any other pictures and videos that shows damages to the item or that the item is defected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If your item was damaged during shipping and delivery, you'll be refunded via check by UPS when they've processed your claim. Please remember it can take some time (typically 3-6 weeks) for this process and you will not receive the refund right away due to inspection and claims processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this procedure.
