Shipping policy

Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your custom order to ship unless you have a rush order. Refer to the pricing & policies tab in the footer menu for more details on rush order upcharges. 

Shipping is via UPS. Orders will take about 4-8 business days from Los Angeles, CA. 

If it has been past 7 days of the return policy and you'd like to send back a damaged item that hasn't been reported to  us, you are responsible for shipping costs of the item. If the item has been damaged during shipping and you reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item, we will reimburse you for the amount that we paid for shipping on our behalf. 

For example, if the shipping rate on our end is $10 and your shipping rate is $30, we will only reimburse you $10.00 to ship the item back to our warehouse for correction. 

Any damaged item that is irreparable will be submitted through a claim to UPS and refund will be dependant on evaluation of the damages from UPS. We aim to package our boxes thoroughly to avoid damage; Kasha Daleina is not responsible for shipping or refunds due to damaged items in the mail due to uncareful shipping & handling by the courier. 

We buy insurance for all packages with our shipping courier. They will go through their claims process to request a full refund but not guaranteed on the full amount depending on the policies and inspection of the damaged product.
